LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting Evening Chefs to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties.
Shift opportunities include:
- Full Time (weekend availability required on a rostered basis)
- Evenings Only (2pm until 11pm)

What does this role entail?
A day in the life of Hotel Dinner Chef would include...
- Preparing a range of high-quality dinner dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
- Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety, both with the products that are served and wthin the working environment
- Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
- Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities for this role...
- Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
- Food safety qualifications required
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be a great communicator with both peers and the management team
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
