LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for Chef de Partie to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties.

Shift opportunities include:

Full Time (5 out of 7)

Breakfast Shifts (6am until 2pm)

Evening Shifts (2pm until 10pm)

Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie would include...

• Preparing a range of high-quality dishes from seasonal menus across our A La Carte restaurants
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
• Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
• Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Preparing dishes of high quality in an efficient timely manner 
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

• Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience required
• Food Safety Qualifications required
• Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
• Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
• Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
