LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Buffet Chef de Partie to join our Resort Hotel Restaurant "Bricks Family Buffet"

 

Shift opportunities include:

 

Full Time, Fully Flexible - 5 days out of 7 for either our breakfast or dinner service with some holiday cover required over our busier times.

 

Due to the nature of our operation, weekend availability is essential.

What does this role entail?

 

A day in the life of a Buffet Chef de Partie would include...

 

  • Preparing a range of dishes for both our round the world dinner buffet and our full and continental breakfast buffet
  • Refilling and restocking the buffet area
  • Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
  • Adhering to the highest Health & Safety and Food Safety standards in all aspects of operations
  • Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
  • Preparing dishes of high quality in an efficient timely manner
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

 

What is required for this role?

 

  • Previous Food & Beverage or Hospitality experience 
  • Food safety qualifications 
  • Experience of preparing large volumes of food in a similar environment
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills, both with peers and the management team
  • Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
  • Be approachable with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player.
