This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing kitchen team based at one of the UK's most popular theme parks. As part of our One Team culture, you'll help deliver unforgettable mornings for our guests - setting them up for a day full of adventure.

Shift opportunities include:

Full Time

Weekend avaiability required on a rota basis

Mornings only (6am until 2pm)

What does this role entail?

A day in the life of a Breakfast Chef de Partie would include...

• Preparing a range of high-quality breakast dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
• Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
• Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
• Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
• Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role?

Here are some desirable qualities for this role...

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience required
• Food safety qualification required
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong communication skills, both with peers and the management team
• Adaptable and flexible to support business requirements
• Approachable at all times, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be a team play
