Support Manager - London

Aramark UK is seeking a driven Support Manager to oversee food service operations across multiple sites. You'll ensure high standards in food, service, and hygiene while building strong client relationships, supporting teams, and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

 

Please note, this role is to cover our London sites.

A day in the life of a Support Manager:

  • Maintain excellent client relationships and attend regular site meetings
  • Support site managers with operations, audits, and team development
  • Monitor financial targets and budgets; ensure cost controls
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and succession planning
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Deliver accurate reports and support business growth opportunities

 

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • Experience in food service or contract catering
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation
  • Ability to manage budgets and reporting effectively
