Title:  Hospitality Bar Staff

AFC Wimbledon are recruiting Casual Hospitality Bar Staff to join our team for Matchdays and Events!

Duties 

You will be offering our guests the best possible experience, serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and be engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, following standard recipes and techniques
• Assisting with restocking the bar area in accordance with stock rotation guidelines
• To provide service of drinks with a smile, and demonstrate exceptional knowledge of our drink menu and the ability to answer any customer queries.
• Cashier related duties including processing orders
• Adhere to all relevant alcohol service regulations and company policies to ensure responsible drinking among guests
• To clean and clear bar areas as you work
• Collaborate with and support the floor team during Matchdays and Events
• Support with the opening and closing procedures of the bars

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment
• Flexibility in availability is preferred to accommodate matchdays and events
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest service
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Due to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from candidates who are over 18
