Days: Saturday and Sunday
Shift Times: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Team Lead to oversee cleaning operations at our Whitby site. This is a weekend role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Deliver training and ensure staff are equipped with the necessary tools and guidance
- Conduct quality control audits to maintain cleanliness standards
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Maintain regular communication with upper management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safe handling of cleaning products
