Aramark UK have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join our friendly team at Warwick Castle!
Warwick Castle boasts an impressive line-up of shows including the UK's largest birds of prey show - The Falconers Quest, It is also home to Europe's largest working siege machine, The Trebuchet, and hosts several other spectacular events, concerts, and attractions throughout the year.
Your Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Undercroft Cafe and managing a small team. Leading by example, you will ensure the team delivers warm, welcoming, and exceptional service that consistently exceeds expectations.
This is a full-time role working 5 out of 7 days. You must be able to work weekends and bank holidays. Shift times will generally be 9am-5pm; however, flexibility to work evenings will be required for occasional evening and seasonal events.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Undercroft Cafe, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15-20 to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Manage stock control and daily financial procedures
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, service, and cleanliness
- Drive sales and performance though excellent service and upselling techniques
- Resolve guest feedback professionally and with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with the wider Warwick Castle events and catering teams during seasonal drinks receptions

Desirable Qualities
- Experience within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- A positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach to supporting and leading the team
- A great communicator who is reliable in all aspects of the role
- The ability to take on challenges as they arise, responding positively and implementing immediate solutions
- A strong desire to develop others through effective training and coaching
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous
