This autumn and winter, Warwick Castle will transform into one of the UK's most spectacular event destinations, and we're looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to help bring the magic to life.

From spooky Halloween experiences and thrilling events to festive markets, dazzling light displays, and our popular outdoor ice rink, every day brings something new.

Whether you're serving hot drinks on a winter evening or helping families enjoy a memorable day out, you'll play an important role in creating unforgettable guest experiences

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you'll work across a variety of exciting catering outlets throughout the Castle, meeting thousands of visitors and helping make them make the most of their day.

No two shifts are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team in one of the UK's most iconic attractions.

Your Responsibilities

• Serving food, snacks, and beverages to guests
• Providing friendly, engaging customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth operation
• Helping create a positive and memorable experience for every visitor

Pay Rates

• Ages 16-17: £8.03/hour
• Ages 18-20: £10.85/hour
• Ages 21+: £12.71/hour

These full-time and part-time roles are available on a fixed-term contract until January 2027.
