Title: Commis Chef

Are you a passionate Commis Chef looking to develop your culinary career in a truly unique setting? Aramark UK is recruiting for a motivated chef to join our kitchen team at Warwick Castle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen while working at one of the UK's most iconic historic attractions. You'll support the team in delivering high-quality dishes while learning from experienced chefs and developing your skills.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting multiple outlets across Warwick Castle, delivering a variety of food services, including working from a central production unit to dispatch food across the site
- Assisting with busy Conferences & Banqueting operations, catering for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas events, and Warwick Castle's popular summer concerts
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and food quality
- Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise waste
What we offer
- £12.71 per hour
- Full-tIme role with shifts typlically between 8:00am - 4.00pm, with ocassional shifts between 2.00pm - 10.00pm

About you
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Basic food hygiene knowledge and relevant accreditation
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for food and developing your culinary skills
- Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
As a seasonal attraction, this role is initially available until 22 December 2026.
