Aramark UK is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our exceptional culinary team at the iconic Warwick Castle.

Warwick Castle delivers a broad range of dining experiences, from breakfast and daytime service through to banquets, weddings, and seasonal events, all within a setting steeped in history. We pride ourselves on producing high-quality food that complements the heritage of the site.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head Chef, this full-time role supports the production of breakfast and dinner at the on-site hotel, as well as food operations across the wider attraction.
- Supporting multiple outlets across Warwick Castle, delivering a variety of food services, including working from a central production unit (CPU) to dispatch food around the site
- Supporting a busy Conferences & Banqueting operation, catering for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas & New Year events, and Warwick Castle's popular summer concerts
- Producing and plating food to the highest standards with a strong passion for quality and presentation
- Completing daily due diligence paperwork and supporting daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
- Managing food production to minimise waste while maintaining stock leavels, food quality, and brand standards
- Placing food orders and maintaining stock control
- Maintaining full knowledge of all menu items, including allergen information
- Acting as a trainer and coach for new team members, ensuring procedures and standards are followed
- Undertaking relevant training as required

You'll be set up for success if you have:
- Previous kitchen and restaurant experience (essential)
- A strong team ethos with excellent communication skills
- Proven knowledge of quality food production
- Flexiblity and a creative, innovative approach
- Relevant culinary qualifications (Food Safety Level 2 essential; Level 3 preferred)
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
