What you'll be doing

• Serving customers,, clearing and resetting tables, washing up as appropriate.
• Operating a bar service and handling cash (Must be 18+ years)
• Clean kitchen, kitchen equipment, back of house areas, crockery and cutlery 
• Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, food preparation and public areas
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
• Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards identified during the course of the work
   

Experience

• Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (desirable although relevant training will be provided)
• Experience in a similar role desirable but not necessary
• Basic numeracy skills
• Shift patterns may vary to fit the business
• Must be able to work in all areas of the business if required (including kitchen and bar duties)
• Transport required (remote area with limited public transport)
• Reasonable overtime to help with Functions
• DSB check required
