Pay rate: £12.71 per hour   
Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 25 hours per week, evenings 
Shift times: Mon – Fri, 17:30 – 22:30

What you’ll do:

• As a General Service Assistant, you will be working front-of-house in the Officers’ Mess.
• You will support day-to-day operations by taking orders, serving food and beverages to our customers - alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back of house areas.
• You will provide excellent customer service and report to the Front of House Supervisor on site.  
• You will learn to stock up, stock rotate, face up item, and spot cleaning effectively.
• You will operate the till and process cash and card payments, ensuring you process any financial records accordingly.
• You will also serve on the food counters and upsell specific products. 

What we’re looking for:

• Previous customer facing / food service experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site. 
• For this role you must be 18+  
• Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role 
• Must have a reliable mode of transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
