What you’ll be doing

As a General Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes and front-of-house. Your day will include: 

• Serving food and drinks with a smile 
• Operating tills and handling payments 
• Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house 
• Supporting kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional experiences 
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required 
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications. 

You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with a talented team that values quality and teamwork.

What we’re looking for

• Customer service or food service experience is a plus (but full training provided) 
• Must be 18+ 
• Eligible to work in the UK and have lived here for 3+ years (security checks required) 
• Must have a reliable mode of transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
