Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi-Skilled Technician to support technical operations on site in Swords. The role involves hands-on plumbing work, general operative duties, and multi-skilled maintenance tasks across building systems, ensuring compliance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

•    Carry out technical plumbing works across site facilities
•    Perform daily, weekly, and monthly planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks
•    Inspect, maintain, and repair water systems and associated infrastructure
•    Support fault finding and reactive maintenance tasks
•    Undertake general operative duties as required
•    Carry out multi-skilled maintenance tasks (basic mechanical, minor electrical, fabric repairs, etc.)
•    Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
•    Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times
•    Liaise with contractors and site management when required

Qualifications

•    Minimum 5 years’ plumbing experience
•    Relevant plumbing qualification / certification (minimum trade-level certification required)
•    Experience in general operative or multi-skilled maintenance roles
•    Strong understanding of building services systems
•    Ability to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
•    Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
•    Ability to work independently on site
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
•    Experience working with Deionized (DI) Water systems
•    Additional technical certifications (advantageous but not mandatory)
