Job Description
Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Great Western Hospital, SN3 6BB.

Job Responsibilities
- In the absence of the Sous Chef, assume responsibility in the overall kitchen operation supporting Chef Manager
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
- Follow recipes and prepare food for service
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- Manage all associated administration
Key Requirements:

- Relevant culinary experience operating at a Chef De Partie level
- A passion for food and service
- Flexible approach to hours and duties
- IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross discipline stakeholders
