Aramark UK are currently recruiting an Administrator to join our team working at Great Western Hospital, Swindon.

Job Responsibilities
- Cash Handling & Banking Tasks.
- Till Checks.
- Maintaining site floats.
- Change ordering.
- Preparing and editing documents like sales reports, memo emails and invoices on the company databases and handling data entry tasks on sales platforms.
- Answering the phone to suppliers, staff & client.
- Providing support with addressing customer complaints or issues forwarded electronically. Maintaining a professional office environment and managing office space.
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Managing the set up and presentation of daily menus for all units, digitally on screens & paper format.
- Placing orders.
- Assisting with end of month stock take and stock transfers.
- Assisting with daily provisions of allergen recipes .
- Printing of Allergen product labels. Printing grab & go labels for food items.
- Supporting onsite management with daily / weekly / monthly admin tasks.
Key Requirements:
- IT competent
- Cash handling knowledge
- Strong communication skills
