Sussex County Cricket Club, the world's oldest professional sports club, has an exciting opportunity for confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Team Leaders to join our team at the 1st Central County Ground in the heart of Hove. Our historic venue hosts thrilling cricket matches, including T20 clashes and County Championship fixtures, as well as large-scale concerts and corporate events. From serving matchday crowds to providing VIP hospitality, this is a chance to be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment.
As a Hospitality Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations whilst leading and motivating a dedicated team to create truly memorable experiences for our guests. With the opportunity to work on amazing events, including Matchdays, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering space.

The hourly rate for this casual role is £12.50
Here are some desirable qualities required for this role...
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Ability to lead a team effectively and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules
- Proven experience in a Hospitality Team Leader role or similar position would be advantageous
