Alton Towers Resort are recruiting a Team Leader to join our talented Food & Beverage team working across our wide range of Food & Beverage outlets on the Theme Park

This is a seasonal role available until November 2026 with an hourly rate of £13.00.

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards
  • Take charge of shifts, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine
  • Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
  • Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
  • Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them to reach their full potential
  • Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion
  • Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
  • Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of

  • Previous hospitality experience is preferable
