Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards throughout all operations
• Take charge of shifts and services, making sure everything runs smoothly
• Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner
• Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries
• Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential 
• Drive sales, boost revenue and achieve those targets like a champion
• Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth
• Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of

What you need to bring to the table:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or food and beverage establishment
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on
• Due to the nature of this role you must be over 18
