Title: People Experience Administrator

Aramark UK is looking to a hire a People Experience Administrator to join the Aramark Food & Beverage team at Alton Towers Resort
As a People Experience Administrator, you will support the operations in the day-to-day coordination of key recruitment, induction training and scheduling, providing a proactive service led delivery to enhance our candidate experience.

Role Overview:
The main responsibilities of the People Experience Administrator are:
- Provide administrative support to the hotel and park team including managing the recruitment journey for applicants
- Liaise with managers and candidates regarding job offering, start dates and attendance to their induction session
- Processing new employee onboarding information
- Work closely with the team to support resourcing activity including screening and shortlisting of applications
- Facilitate welcome day inductions and assist new employees with onboarding
- Manage Visa and right to work process to ensure alignment with employee law
- Prepare work schedules for our front-line teams keeping in line with budgets
- Handling queries from employees and managers via the recruitment and scheduling email inbox, allocating tasks, responding to queries, and ensuring accurate records are saved.
About you:
You'll ideally have an administrative and operations background and be highly organised. The role is varied, so we require a flexible approach towards your responsibilities and the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
- Weekend availability is essential to meet the demands of our business
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
- Knowledge of recruitment websites would be beneficial
- Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks efficiently and accurately
- Full cycle recruitment experience with an understanding of the legal aspects of recruitment would be desirable but not essential
This role has an hourly rate of £12.18
