Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Chef de Partie to join our team working in Stevenage, SG1 2DA.

You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.

You must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.

  • This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shifts range  between 6.30am - 3.30pm, leaving your evenings and weekends free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.
  • We are offering a salary of £29,200.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:

  • Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
  • Work in line with company allergen policy
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, hospitality lunches, food for the coffee bar and retail shop
  • Full knowledge of all menu items served.
  • Deep cleaning of the kitchen area
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
  • Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
  • Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
  • Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists

 

You will be set up for success if you have:

  • Relevant culinary qualification.
  • Previous experience of working in a kitchen.
  • Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
