We are currently recruiting for a Property Cleaner to join our team in the Stanmore area, HA7.

What you’ll be doing
⦁    General cleaning of accommodation
⦁    Ensure all designated areas in the house are cleaned
⦁    Rubbish disposal
⦁    Cleaning washrooms and kitchen areas including mopping, hoovering, dusting etc.
⦁    Mopping, Sweeping, deep polishing, vacuuming
⦁    Work effectively without supervision
⦁    Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice
⦁    Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
⦁    Ensure equipment is stored in a safe place and is in full working order - reporting any defects to your manager
⦁    Ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met
⦁    Ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction
⦁    Perform any other duties required to complete the team tasks
⦁    To ensure that the correct PPE is used at all times by the team in accordance with Company Health and Safety, COSHH regulations and Infection Control guidelines
⦁    Undertake any relevant training

 

Experience/Qualifications
⦁    Excellent team player
⦁    Should be able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
⦁    Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided
⦁    Must be eligible to work in the UK
⦁    Flexible approach to duties with a can do attitude
⦁    Be able to manage your work load in a good timescale
⦁    DBS checks required
