What you'll be doing

• Service of food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by Aramark.  
• Supporting in the delivery of retail coffee and retail goods sold in our shop
• Cash handling and operating the till
• Dealing with customer queries and be able to direct them for further support if needed.
• Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment
• Preparation of service area and/or service points, stocking up.
• Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.  
• Comply with cleaning standards and controls set out in our operating procedures
• Complete your training as set out by your manager/supervisor
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.  
• To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.  
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.  
• Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.  
• The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company. 

Experience

• A DBS check will be required to complete the application process.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar customer service role.
• Should be in possession of Basic Food Safety training and Health and Safety training.
• High personal standards and attention to detail 
• Good communication skills and be able to support our customers with any requests around food safety and allergens.
• Great team player – willing to support the team and help deliver any additional catering requests when required.
