Title:  Regional Catering Assistant

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Regional Catering Assistant to join the team working at King Henry VIII 3-19 School, The Lodge, Old Hereford Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6EP

• This is a part-time position, 25 hours per week 
• Monday – Friday 
• 38 weeks- term time only  
• The hourly rate is £12.50 per hour

A day in the life of a Catering Assistant: 

• Covering site across regional
• Basic food preparation if required including sandwiches, grab and go items, basic hot food if required. 
• Serving students, ensuring you are always providing excellent customer service. 
• Stocking up and putting away deliveries 
• Serving food and clearing tables/bins/trays 
• General cleaning back and front of house, making sure the unit is clean and tidy before, during and after service.  

You will be set up for success if you have: 

• Previous catering experience is essential in this role 
• An enhanced DBS check 
• Work well as part of a team 
• A keen interest in developing food preparation skills and culinary knowledge
