Job Description
Aramark Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Facilities & Technical Manager to oversee facilities management services across a portfolio of Primary Care Centres in the West of Ireland.
This is a senior leadership role within a Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract, responsible for delivering high-quality hard and soft FM services, ensuring technical compliance, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a regional team to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage facilities management services across 7 Primary Care Centres.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary regional FM team.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual, statutory, health & safety, and technical requirements.
- Manage CAFM systems, planned maintenance, lifecycle works, and building projects.
- Oversee technical compliance across 14 Primary Care Centres.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure service standards are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with HSE stakeholders.
- Manage regional budgets, financial performance, and identify efficiencies.
- Conduct condition surveys and coordinate remedial works where required.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
Essential Requirements
- Strong facilities management and technical building services experience.
- Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple sites.
- Experience managing complex contracts and projects.
- Full EU Driving Licence.
- Ability to obtain Garda Vetting.
Qualifications
Desirable
- PPP contract experience.
- Building Services, Engineering or FM qualification.
- Experience with CAFM systems, BIM, Revit or BMS.
- Energy management experience.
- Safe Pass Certification.
