Location:   RRH Staxton Wold – Staxton, Scarborough YO12 4TJ  
Pay: £13.12/hour  
Hours:  38.5 hours per week, (7 days over 14 including weekends)   
Shifts: Between 6:30am and 18.30pm – enjoy your evenings free!

What you'll do:

• Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring minimal wastage.  
• Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/ coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.  
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.  
• Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records.  
• Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.  
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.  

What we're looking for:

• Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent).  
• Team player with effective communication skills.  
• Confident, flexible, and innovative.  
• Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).  
• Driving License needed due to remote location.
