Description: 

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team working at Inovyn, Bankes Lane, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 4LG.

 

You will be responsible for cleaning general high traffic areas and offices on site. You will be cleaning to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are completed in time and all equipment is stored safely.

A day in the life of a Cleaning Operative: 

  • Complete tasks on daily work schedule within time allocated
  • Priorities to ensure important and urgent tasks are done within deadline
  • Organise workspace efficiently
  • Work effectively without supervision
  • Always take personal responsibility for quality and service standards and actively seek ways to improve them
  • Approach and complete tasks with enthusiasm
  • Co-operate and support others in the team
  • Share information and encourage others to participate in joint tasks
  • Understand the others have different team roles
  • Make an immediate and positive impression and have a can do attitude
  • Smile and maintain positive communication with customers, colleagues and managers
  • Actively support new methods of work and adapt to new procedures

 

You will be set up for success if you have: 

  • No previous experience required, but 1-2 years’ experience in a domestic environment desirable
  • However, relevant training will be provided.
