A day in the life of a Chef:

Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will:

• Support food production management to ensure minimal wastage and consistent food quality
• Maintain food levels and brand standards
• Prepare food for military dining facilities and hospitality events
• Assist with post-analysis and complete shift opening/closing checklists
• Learn and follow procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
• Undertake relevant training as required

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• A relevant culinary qualification
• Previous experience working in a kitchen
• Certificate in food safety (or willingness to obtain via our online e-learning)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting checks

Additional Information:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Have been a UK resident for the past 3 years
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
