What you'll be doing

• Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will be providing a variety of administrative and operational support to ensure our customers have adequate facilities available to them. 
• You will use your excellent customers service skills to communicate effectively with our customers face to face or via Skype.
• You will use your written communication skills to process approximately 50 emails per day. 

As a team we;

•  Prepare daily arrival packs for inbound guests and log key returns.
•  Maintain accurate software and excel databases 
•  Conduct cleaning as required to ensure guests arrive to suitable accommodation standards. 
•  Liaise with the accounts team for cash, card and BACS payments
•  Complete additional arrival and departure processes for long term guests
•  Work alongside our key stakeholders to provide an excellent service
•  Maintain confidentiality and follow GDPA processes.
•  Complete training and personal development to excel in our services. 

Experience required:
Grade A-C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent 
Previous admin experience working with excel and outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent customer service skills and a great team player. 
A strong eye for detail.

Desirable:
Previous experience in a hotel or accommodation rental environment.
