We are currently recruiting for a General Service Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Richmond Centre, Munster Barracks, DL9 3PZ

• Up to £11.44 per hour dependant on age

• One week of early shifts (9.30am-1.45pm) and alternative week of later shifts (2.45pm-7pm)

What you'll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements.  The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Clean front and back of house areas
• Perform cold food preparation and made to order services
• Restocking items and stock rotation
• Operating the till and cash handling
• Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
• Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
• Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
   

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
• A DBS check is required
