Shift times: Weekend shifts 06:00 – 18:00

What you’ll do:
No two days look the same, but you can expect to:
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events.
- Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
- Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
What we're looking for:
You’ll shine in this role if you have:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (e.g. HACCP).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and pride in food presentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
