Location: BP Pangbourne, Pangbourne, Nr Reading, RG8 7QR
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent
Transport: Own transport required (no public transport links)
Background Check: Full background check required (past 5 years)

A day in the life of a Commis Chef:
- Assisting the Head Chef with hot & cold food preparation
- Prepare all food counters for service and serve customers during busy lunch service
- Keep hot counters stocked and clean during lunch service
- Clear and clean counters after lunch service
- Clean the kitchen to a high standard including weekly cleaning tasks
- Assist with kitchen deliveries
- Assist in other areas if required
- Report feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards to line manager
- Perform assigned daily paperwork
- Keep diligent records as required
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
- Undertake relevant training as required
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable (training will be provided)
- Basic experience working in Hospitality is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
