Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Retail Supervisor to join our team working at Weeton Barracks nr Preston.
You will be responsible for managing the coffee shop on site and ensuring all products are available and customers are served efficiently and comply with company standards.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

- This is a full-time position, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts range between 8.15am and 2.45pm with an earlier finish on a Friday, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

A day in the life of a Retail Supervisor:
- The successful applicant will be expected to manage the day-to-day operation of a small coffee shop within Weeton Barracks, operating from 8.30am through to 2.30pm
- Be an important part of the team and support the general manager in running an efficient shop and provide a great service to our customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop ensuring that customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy area.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders
- Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous experience is desirable within a coffee shop or hospitality operation with a willingness to learn and drive the operation
