General Manager – Multi-Site Role (Lancashire)

Fulwood Barracks & Weeton Barracks 
£38,000 – £39,500 | Full-time | Permanent 

 

Aramark UK is on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations across two key sites in Lancashire. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

 

About the Role 

As General Manager, you’ll oversee catering, retail, and cleaning services across both locations. You’ll have the responsibility of leading your teams, managing budgets, and ensuring top-tier service delivery for our clients and customers. 

Working hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required. 

Security clearance: This role requires a DBS check and full security vetting. You must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full P&L accountability – meet revenue and margin targets. 
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. 
  • Ensure all services meet Aramark’s high standards. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships. 

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar setting (Hospitality or Retail).
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. 
  • Background in catering or retail management. 
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills. 
  • Ability to foster client relationships. 
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
