We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Bar Steward to join our team at Weeton Barracks (PR4 3JQ), supporting one of our three on‑site bars and delivering great service to those who rely on us every day.

Please note: Due to sector requirements, applicants must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

  (Occasional flexibility to support other bars if needed — but no weekend work unless you want it!)

A Day in the Life

As a Bar Steward, you’ll be right at the heart of our customer experience. Your day might include:

• Serving drinks and bar snacks with warmth and professionalism
• Cash handling and operating the till
• Keeping the bar, glassware and lounge areas clean, tidy and welcoming
• Restocking and rotating stock using the FIFO method
• Reporting feedback, issues or hazards to your line manager
• Pitching in where needed to support smooth bar operations
  (Duties may evolve as our business needs grow — adaptability is key!)

What you’ll bring

• UK residency for the past 3 years and the legal right to work in the UK
• Ability to pass security vetting and a DBS check
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful — but not essential. We’ll give you all the training you need.
