Your Role:
You’ll work a mix of early, middle, and late shifts (starting between 7am and finishing up to midnight), across 5 days per week, including some weekends and Bank Holidays. All shifts are straight 8 hours with a half-hour break – no split shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and overseeing day-to-day food and beverage service
• Ensuring all departments run efficiently and smoothly
• Leading the front-of-house team, including recruitment, training, and ongoing support
• Managing systems such as tills and ResDiary, as well as stock and compliance records
• Working with the Duty Manager team to navigate change and support staff
• Acting as a point of reference for customer service, safety, and compliance
