We are currently recruiting for a Bar Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Elizabeth Barracks, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0DT

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and serving beverages to customers.
  • Challenge 25
  • Carry out a professional bar service (must be 18+)
  • Cash handling and processing card transactions accurately
  • Capable of lone working and managing the bar on your own
  • Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General cleaning of front and back of house
  • Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records as required
  • Monitoring stock levels, restocking the bar and rotating stock
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
  • Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
  • Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.


Experience

  • Must be 18+
  • Previous experience working in a bar is desirable
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • A CTC security check is required for this role
  • Must be a great team player and confident to lone work when necessary
