• £12.50 per hour
• Full time – 38.5 hours a week (77 hours per fortnight)
• Shift pattern: W1: Sun, Mon and Tue
• W2: Sat, Sun, Mon and Tue
• Shifts ranging between 6.30am – 6.30pm

What you'll be doing

• You’ll be preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to the highest standard
• Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals
• Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence
• Assisting with deliveries, checking, probing and signing off
• Monitoring and recording fridge and freezer temperatures
• Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen cleans
• Managing productions and food levels to minimal wastage
• Undertake relevant training as required

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar food service environment
• Relevant culinary qualification
• Security checks required for this role
• Driving licence essential due to the location of the site
• Flexibility and the ability to innovate
