Title: Cook Assistant

Aramark UK are currently looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at Perth College, PH12NX.

A day in the life of an Assistant Cook:

- Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner following recipe cards.
- Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha’s law.
- Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
- Sharing responsibility with the Chef /Catering Manager for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records.
- Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, alongside daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
You'll be set up for success if you have:

- Organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic
- Passion for people and food
