What you’ll be doing
As a General Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes and front-of-house. Your day will include:
- Serving food and drinks with a smile
- Operating tills and handling payments
- Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house
- Supporting kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional experiences
- Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
- Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
You’ll report to the General Manager and work closely with a talented team that values quality and teamwork.

What we’re looking for
- Customer service or food service experience is a plus (but full training provided)
- Must be 18+
- Eligible to work in the UK and have lived here for 3+ years (security checks required)
