We are currently recruiting a Cook to join our team at North Nott’s College, Worksop S81 7HP

- Casual zero hour contract, work as and when required (shifts given in advance)

What you'll be doing
- ⦁ Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
⦁ Supporting manager with stock takes and ordering
⦁ Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
⦁ Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
⦁ Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
⦁ Use a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables and other food
⦁ Present and garnish food and portions according to guidelines
⦁ Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
⦁ Assisting in the compilation of all shift opening and closing checklists
Experience
- DBS checks required
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Allergen awareness
- Relevant culinary qualification is desirable
- Customer focused and a great team player!
