You will have worked in a kitchen environment in an alike position. Your mission is clear, you must deliver great food to our customers, maintaining standards of presentation, hygiene, and organisation.

⦁ Permanent position
⦁ Full time 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Shifts range between 0600-2100. You may be required to work the occasional weekend for functions or special occasions.

What you'll be doing
⦁ To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
⦁ Support the head chef to manage the day to day running of the kitchen, including managing wastage and paperwork
⦁ Deliver private and official functions
⦁ Share your input to develop menus for private functions
⦁ Follow recipes and prepare food for service
⦁ Deliver first class food throughout service
⦁ To share responsibility for the checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries to ensure that only the highest standard of produce is accepted into the unit.
⦁ To assist the Head Chef in evaluating the training needs of the kitchen staff.
⦁ As a member of our team, you are equally responsible for cleaning and hygiene and that any assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties are carried out.
Experience
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided for the past 5 years.
- Previous experience at sous level
- Relevant culinary qualification
- DBS check required
