Location: Northwood HQ, Middlesex, HA6 3HP
Pay rate: £13.45/hour
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours/week, 5 days over 7 including weekends and night shifts

What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, deliveries, and drivers, providing a professional and welcoming reception service
- Manage all reception operations and records, including post, newspapers, daily information updates, and management reporting
- Provide administrative support as required, including stock checks, cash float, and key control
- Maintain a safe, secure, and tidy environment, carrying out security and fire rounds and clearing public areas as needed
- Report and monitor defects via the helpdesk, ensuring repairs are followed through
- Support on‑site activities and mess functions and participate in training as required.
- This is a lone worker position.
What we’re looking for:
- UK resident for the past 3 years with legal right to work
- Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
- Must be 18+
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication
- Organised
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
