What you'll be doing

• Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
• · Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• · Basic food preparation
• · Setting up for breakfast
• · Restocking items and stock rotation
• · Kitchen and dining room cleaning
• · Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
• · General cleaning of front and back of house
• · Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
• · Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• · Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
• · Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
• · We aim for all staff to be multi skilled and flexible with full training and support provided both on the job and via our e learning portal.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
• A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
• A DBS check is required
