Title:  Compliance Manager

Job Description

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Compliance Manager to join the team at Northwood Barracks, Northwood HA6 3HP. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our Quality Assurance Manager on site.

As Compliance Manager your primary role will be to ensure that we meet contract KPIs, that we are compliant and that we maintainservice standards through effective auditing.

Job Responsibilities

• Accountability of ensuring contract compliance and service standards through effective auditing
• Work closely with the QA Manager to ensure all audits and checks are completed to meet KPI monitoring requirements
• Plan to ensure that all audits and checks are completed in a timely fashion to meet KPI monitoring requirements for the calendar month
• Liaise with other Aramark managers completing KPI audits and checks to ensure that they are on schedule to meet KPI monitoring requirements for the calendar month
• De-brief the relevant managers and senior personnel responsibile for that area directly after the audit or check of any key findings and those that may require immediate action
• Circulate copies of findings and actions from audits and checks to the relevant managers and key personnel responsibile for that area within two working days
• Work and develop good relationships with the Aramark and client Senior Management Teams, key site personnel and Aramark and site teams
• Ensure all audits, checks and supporting paperwork are fully and correctly completed and signed off, whether personally completing it or collecting / collating it from others
• Flag any issues where KPI monitoring requirements will not be met for the calendar month with the QA Manager, or Client Services Manager and/or General Manager as soon as identified to enable remdial action to be taken
• Deputise for the QA Manager in their absence
• Ensure strict compliance with Aramark Hygiene and Safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with client and authority contracts and operating standards
• Participate in client reviews and audits
• Maintain & develop client and customer relationships
• Identify, develop and implement plans to ensure continued compliance and service delivery improvement
• Compile and submit the client ‘Monthly Performance Report’ KPI information in QA Manager’s absence

Qualifications

• Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills
• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3
• Health & Safety Level 2
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation
• Previous management experience in the food services or retail industry
• Ability and full confidence in producing reports across all areas of the business
• Due to the security requirements of the site, you will have been a UK resident for at least the past three years
