Pay: £TBA/hour
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours/week, (5 days out of 7, including some weekends).
Shift times: Mon–Fri (06:30–14:00 or 14:00–21:30), Sat–Sun (07:30–15:00 or 14:00–21:30).

What you’ll do
As Retail Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person when the Manager is away, taking charge of the post office counter and the store. You’ll help lead the team, keep things running smoothly, and make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Running shifts and supporting the Manager to deliver an efficient, welcoming shop.
- Opening and closing the store, handling cash, placing orders, and managing deliveries.
- Leading and developing your team of retail assistants.
- Keeping the shop safe, clean, and well-stocked.
- Managing costs and reducing waste.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous retail or supervisory experience is a bonus, but your leadership skills and customer focus matter most!
