We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to be a part of our integral team at Raf Leeming, Junior Ranks Mess, DL7 9NJ

What you'll be doing
⦁ Ensure that all weekly and monthly timesheets/cleaning schedules are collated and returned by the appropriate deadlines.
⦁ To ensure that all Aramark stock on site is properly managed and that all monthly stocktake reports are completed correctly.
⦁ Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used in the correct standard.
⦁ Ensure colour coded equipment is provided and utilised on all areas
⦁ To ensure all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order and highlight areas of concern in this area.
⦁ To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.
⦁ Arrange cover in absence of cleaners.
⦁ To ensure that the cleaning schedule for all areas is carried out satisfactorily.
⦁ Ensure correct time keeping/attendance for all direct reports.
⦁ To ensure that any site-specific security procedures are followed correctly.
⦁ To meet with the Cleaning Manager weekly with a prepared report updating on any issues that they have resolved or issues that need to be raised to a higher level.
⦁ Host staff meetings and hold safe brief talks on weekly basis.
⦁ Deal with all staff performance, disciplinary issues in line with company procedures.
⦁ Carry out Audits
⦁ Identify opportunities for innovation on client sites and communicate these to the manager
Experience
⦁ Previous experience in a similar Cleaning Supervisory role
⦁ Good standard of education
⦁ A full clean driving license
⦁ Excellent Personality and Customer Service Skills
⦁ Strong IT skills to include the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
⦁ Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
