Location: RAF Leeming, Gatenby, Northallerton, DL7 9NJ
Pay: £12.87 per hour
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Shift times: structured shifts between 06:30 and 20:00 – leaving your evenings free!

What you’ll do:

⦁    Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimal wastage
⦁    Deliver fine dining for functions and hospitality events
⦁    Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
⦁    Follow recipe cards and maintain food quality
⦁    Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records
⦁    Monitor temperatures and complete due diligence paperwork
⦁    Help with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

What we’re looking for:

⦁    Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
⦁    A confident chef and excellent team player
⦁    Flexibility and ability to innovate
⦁    UK residency for the past 3 years & ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
