Job Description
Aramark UK are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Manager to join our team working at The Isle of Wight College, PO30 5TA.
Responsible for the overall catering operation, with a strong focus on front-of-house management, customer engagement, and revenue growth

Job Responsibilities

- Assume responsibility for the overall kitchen operation
- To maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to a high standard
- Follow recipes and prepare food for service
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- Supporting with managing the P&L and all associated financials
- Deliver first class food throughout service
- Manage all associated administration
Qualifications
- Experience in a management role working in a hospitality environment
- Experience leading a team
